2010 GALA AWARD: Clubhouse Design and Architecture, 6000 sq. ft. and Over: Pulte Homes

Winner of the 2010 GALA Award for Best Clubhouse Design and Architecture, 6,000 sq. ft. and Over, the Potomac Green Clubhouse by Pulte Homes is a 29,000 square-foot masterpiece with a world-class fitness center, arts and crafts room, game room, indoor and outdoor pools, and an indoor running/walking track. Outside are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, gardens, and biking/running trails.
