Eligibility Timeframe:
- All Entries must have been available for sale, rental, sold, or viewed by 6/22/12.
- Entries in Marketing Categories 12 - 22 must have been available to the public between 6/30/11 - 6/22/12.
- Sales Achievement Entries in Categories 5 - 10 are for the period 6/30/11 - 6/22/12.
The Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association invite any member firm developing and/or marketing housing and communities in the Washington area to enter.
- All entries must have been available for sale, rental, sold, or viewed by June 22, 2012.
- Production homes entered must be completed at least through drywall stage by June 22, 2012.
- Custom Homes—Category 38, home must be completed by June 22, 2012.
- All Advertising and Marketing entries must have been available to the public between June 30, 2011 and June 22, 2012.
- Builder/Developer, Architectural Firm, Advertising, Marketing or Interior Merchandising Firm must be a member of MNCBIA or NVBIA.
- Sales Companies and Sales Persons must be a member of WMSMC.
- Entries must reflect information as of June 22, 2012
- Previously submitted entries can be resubmitted as long as they meet eligibility requirements stated above.
