All entries must have been available for sale, rental, sold, or viewed by3/31/26. Entries in Marketing Categories 22-33 must have been available to the public between 4/1/25-3/31/26. The entry form can be found here.
- Please note that entries located more than 200 miles from the NVBIA office in Chantilly, VA, cannot be considered. Eligible entries outside the immediate DMV area but within this range may be judged online in comparison to other entries in the same category. Only entries in states of VA, MD, DE, WV, DC and PA are eligible.
