All entries must have been available for sale, rental, sold, or viewed by 3/31/26. Custom Homes must be completed within 2 months of 3/31/26.

Please note that entries located more than 200 miles from the NVBIA office in Chantilly, VA, cannot be considered. Eligible entries outside the immediate DMV area but within this range may be judged online in comparison to other entries in the same category. Only entries in states of VA, MD, DE, WV, DC and PA are eligible.

Spec homes do not typically accommodate customization based on being built on the builder’s timeline not at the point of purchase.)
